原城乡建设环境保护部于1985年1月1日颁布的《房屋完损等级评定标准》，对现有房屋完损等级的评定给出了详细的定性分析指标，但未建立定量的综合评判模型。本文运用层次分析法建立综合评判模型，克服了定性分析主观随意性较大的缺点。
The Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction on January 1, 1985 issued the “Hospital Danger Level Evaluation Standard”, which gives a detailed qualitative analysis of the assessment of the existing house damage level, but has not established a quantitative comprehensive evaluation model. . This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to establish a comprehensive evaluation model, which overcomes the shortcomings of the qualitative analysis of subjective randomness.
