调查了变质甘蔗中毒病原菌节菱孢在外环境中的分布,证明节菱孢主要腐生于甘蔗;分析了节菱孢侵染甘蔗与贮存期的关系。对该菌产生3-硝基丙酸的性能进行了测定,证明产毒株占48.8％,强毒株占14.6％;菌株最高产毒量为1200μg/g。
The distribution of Caenorhabditis elegans in the environment of spoilage sugarcane poisoning was investigated to prove that Caerulella major was saprophytic in sugarcane. The relationship between Caulis spicatum infection of sugarcane and storage period was analyzed. The performance of the bacteria to produce 3-nitropropionic acid were measured, showing that 48.8% of the virus-producing strains, virulent strains accounted for 14.6%; strain maximum production of 1200μg / g.
