目前我国重特大疾病医疗救助制度还不尽完善。为了进一步完善重特大疾病医疗救助制度,应该按家庭经济负担法界定重特大疾病,合理扩大重特大疾病医疗救助对象的范围,科学设置重特大疾病医疗救助标准,实现重特大疾病医疗救助筹资责任制度化和筹资渠道多元化,通过完善医疗保障信息平台、调整相关医保项目报销流程来实现重特大疾病医疗救助待遇实时支付及其与大病医疗保险等其他医保项目的顺利衔接。
