体育教学多以惯相运动的方式进行,忽略了逆相运动对人体产生的影响。本人在教学实验中发现,惯相与逆相运动的交替练习,能极大地促进学生运动技能的掌握,提高身体的协调能力。
Physical education and more to the usual way of motion, ignoring the reverse phase of the impact on the human body. In my teaching experiment, I found that alternating exercises of inertia and reverse movement can greatly promote students’ mastery of motor skills and improve their coordination ability.
