目的:对星毛冠盖藤脂溶性成分组成及其抗氧化能力进行研究,为星毛冠盖藤的合理利用提供科学依据。方法:以广西金秀县产星毛冠盖藤为材料,采用醇提及柱层析分离得到其脂溶性成分,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对星毛冠盖藤的脂溶性成分进行分析和鉴定,并通过标准质谱谱库的计算机检索进行化学成分定性;采用清除DPPH自由基能力的方法测定脂溶性成分的抗氧化活性。结果:星毛冠盖藤的脂溶性成分主要为8种成分。这些成分主要为不饱和脂肪酸类化合物及羽扇-20(29)-烯-3-酮,均为首次从该植物中鉴定出;星毛冠盖藤的脂溶性成分具有一定的抗氧化活性,半数清除浓度IC50为5.434 mg/m L。结论:本研究阐明了星毛冠盖藤的脂溶性成分的物质基础及其抗氧化活性,为进一步开发和利用星毛冠盖藤提供了良好的理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the liposoluble constituents and anti-oxidative capacity of C. capitatum, providing a scientific basis for the rational utilization of C. capitatum. Methods: The liposoluble constituents were isolated from alcohol-producing extracts and column chromatography by using the captive vine of Capoideratum cristatum in Jinxiuxiu County of Guangxi. The liposoluble constituents of Capo vanella were analyzed and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry , And the chemical components were qualitatively identified by computer search of standard mass spectra library. The antioxidant activity of the fat-soluble components was determined by the method of scavenging DPPH free radical. Results: The liposoluble component of Capo vajda was mainly composed of eight components. These components are mainly unsaturated fatty acids compounds and lupin-20 (29) -en-3-one, were identified for the first time from the plant; Capillaria steariformis fat-soluble components have some antioxidant activity, half of the clear Concentration IC50 was 5.434 mg / m L. Conclusion: This study elucidates the material basis and antioxidant activity of liposoluble constituents of Ctenopharyngodon Idellus, providing a good theoretical basis for further development and utilization.
