“西部之光”照耀甘青蒙片区1996年,“西部之光”人才培养计划从兰州启航,兰州分院有幸见证了这一历史时刻。20年来,兰州分院一以贯之,着力抓好计划实施管理和服务工作,把组织实施好“西部之光”计划作为系统内单位和地方培养人才的重要抓手。我们一抓公开、公平、公正地评选项目,二抓规范过程管理,三抓总结评价与经验推广,得到上级和各单位的积极支持与广泛认可。 “Light of the West ” Shining Gammon District In 1996, “Light of the Western ” personnel training program set sail from Lanzhou, Lanzhou Branch fortunate enough to witness this historic moment.
