随着乳腺癌个体化、规范化综合治疗理念的推广,乳腺MRI在综合治疗中的作用日益受到重视。伴随乳腺MRI临床应用开展和研究的深入,其在乳腺癌的诊断、保乳治疗、新辅助化疗(NAC)以及随访监测中的应用价值得到评估。乳腺MRI对肿瘤范围的精确显示为多种治疗方式的合理应用、评估及监测治疗效果等方面具有重要价值,对乳腺癌综合治疗起着不可替代的作用。
With the individualization of breast cancer, standardized and comprehensive treatment of the concept of promotion, breast MRI in the role of comprehensive treatment has been paid more and more attention. With the development and clinical application of breast MRI, its value in breast cancer diagnosis, breast-conserving therapy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) and follow-up monitoring has been evaluated. Breast MRI accurately shows the scope of the tumor for a variety of treatment methods for the rational application of evaluation and monitoring of treatment has important value, comprehensive treatment of breast cancer plays an irreplaceable role.
