铣削镶硬质合金刀片麻花钻的刀片槽,我厂原工艺是以钻头柄部莫氏锥体为定位基面,采用分度头上之三爪卡盘通过锥套夹于莫氏锥体上的夹紧方式(图1),其铣削质量差,合格率低。改变定位基准和夹紧方式后,铣削质量显著提高,达到了设计要求。 原工艺铣削质量差的主要问题是铣出的刀片槽A、B两侧面对导向部外圆轴线的对称度严重超差(图2),甚至造成废品。究其原因是定位基准和夹紧部位选择不当所致。由图1可见,当以柄部莫氏锥体为定位基准和夹紧部位时,由于钻头轴线的直线度有一
