中欧及东欧（ＣＣＥＥ）国家正进行着卫生体制改革。这些国家经济上从中央统一规划、直接指令转换为多种经济形式。卫生体制改革是其转变的一部分。为压缩医疗开支，使医疗改革适应于人口变化，为了改善医疗服务工作，一些工业化国家也在进行卫生体制改革。本文简要介绍了中欧和东欧国家卫生系统改革概况．
Central and Eastern European (CCEE) countries are undergoing health system reforms. These countries have been economically transformed from centralized central planning and direct directives into various economic forms. Health system reform is part of this transformation. In order to reduce medical expenditures, adapt health care reform to population changes, and in order to improve medical services, some industrialized countries are also carrying out health system reforms. This article briefly introduces the health system reforms in Central and Eastern European countries.
