目的:为了研究溶脲脲原体在男性不育中的免疫学发病机制;方法:我们应用ELISA方法对Uu培养阳性的56份精液和Uu培养阴性的41份精液及18例Uu感染阳性经治疗后转阴的患者进行了精浆可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)水平的分析;结果:Uu培养阳性患者的精浆中sIL-2R水平明显高于Uu培养阴性组的sIL-2R水平(P<0.01)。Uu感染患者经治疗后,随着Uu的转阴,精浆中sIL-2R也迅速下降(P<0.05);结论:提示sIL-2R与溶脲脲原体感染呈正相关,并可能对Uu的诊断和治疗有较重要的作用
Objective: To study the immunological pathogenesis of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Ureaplasma urealyticum) in male infertility.Methods: We used ELISA to detect 56 UU positive semen and 41 UU negative semen and 18 Uu positive (SIL-2R) levels in sera from patients with post-ophthalmmal degeneration were analyzed. Results: The sIL-2R level in seminal plasma of Uu-positive patients was significantly higher than that of sIL-2R in Uu-negative patients Level (P <0.01). After Uu infection, the sIL-2R in seminal plasma was also decreased rapidly (P <0.05) after Uu infection. Conclusions: It is suggested that there is a positive correlation between sIL-2R and U. ureaplasma infection, Uu diagnosis and treatment have a more important role
