At the 1998 annual meeting of Shanghai Association of Societies a year ago, over 150 experts and scholars attending the meeting exchanged views on seriously studying and studying Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important speech at the commemorative meeting of the 20th anniversary of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee .
