首钢试验高炉为了扩大喷吹煤源,进行了试验.建立了独立的煤粉制备和高压喷吹系统,于1978年6月15日开始喷吹烟煤试验.本文叙述了试验的情况,着重讨论了喷吹烟煤的安全问题和保证安全喷吹所采取的措施,并对喷吹煤粉后对高炉冶炼的影响作了简要阐述.试验历时三个多月,设备运转正常,大幅度降低了焦比.喷吹过程中高炉顺行,炉况稳定,生铁质量很好.在同样的冶炼条件下,烟煤煤粉的效果与无烟煤相似.实践证明,只要有相应的安全措施,烟煤煤粉完全可以做为现代高炉的正常喷吹燃料,并可安全使用.
