随着信息技术的迅猛发展,互联网对社会生活和思想观念的影响越来越大,网络已成为信息集散地和社会舆论放大器。如何对网络舆情进行有效地引导,构建和谐的网络环境,化解社会矛盾、创新社会管理已成为毕节地区政府舆情监控的重要工作任务之一。本文就互联网舆情的特点、网络舆情监控、引导及处置的方法谈几点粗浅的认识。
With the rapid development of information technology, the influence of the Internet on social life and ideology is more and more large. The network has become an information distribution center and a public opinion amplifier. How to effectively guide the network public opinion, build a harmonious network environment, resolve social conflicts, and innovate social management have become one of the important tasks of public opinion monitoring in Bijie region. This article talked about the characteristics of the Internet public opinion, network public opinion monitoring, guidance and disposal methods to talk about a few superficial understanding.
