宁夏回族自治区党委十一届三次全体会议通过了《关于自治区人民政府职能转变和机构改革方案》。《方案》决定,宁夏回族自治区林业局组建为宁夏回族自治区林业厅,由自治区政府直属机构调整为自治区政府组成部门。宁夏第十一届人民代表大会常务委员会第八次会议任命王文宇为宁夏林业厅厅长。宁夏回族自治区林业厅在2000年政府机构改革时更名为宁夏林业局,但组织架构和行政职权未发生重大变化。党的十八大将生态文明建设纳入中国特色
The Third Plenary Session of the 11th Session of the Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region passed the Proposal on the Functional Transformation and Institutional Reform of the People’s Government in Autonomous Regions. The Plan decided that the Forestry Bureau of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was set up as the Forestry Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and be adjusted by the institutions directly under the autonomous region and governed by the government of autonomous regions. Ningxia 11th People’s Congress Standing Committee of the 8th meeting appointed Wang Wenyu Ningxia Forestry Department director.
