2009年8月8日下午,300余名华北油田摄影爱好者聚集在华北油田宾馆二楼会议室,与来自北京的摄影界人士欢聚一堂,举行了内容丰富的联谊会。中国摄影家杂志社社长黑明作了精彩演讲。华北油田公司总会计师、华北油田摄影家协会主席姜立增,油田公司总经理助理、华北油田文学艺术届联合会主席杨利民等华北油田摄影家协会相关领导出席了联谊会。姜立增主席发表了热情洋溢的致辞,黑明社长在联谊会上为华北油田影友作了生动的摄影讲座。
On the afternoon of August 8, 2009, more than 300 photographers from Huabei oil field gathered in the meeting room on the second floor of Huabei Oilfield Hotel to gather with the photography community from Beijing and hold a rich fraternity. Chinese photographer magazine president made a brilliant speech. Chief of North China Oilfield Company, Jiang Huzeng, Chairman of Huabei Oilfield Photographers Association, Assistant to General Manager of Oilfield Company and Yang Limin, Chairman of Huabei Oilfield Literature and Art Federation, attended the sorority meeting with relevant leaders of Huabei Oilfield Photographers Association. Chairman Jiang Lizeng delivered a warm speech, and President Hei He made a vivid photographic lecture for the Friends of the Huabei Oilfield at the fraternity.
