敏感元件和传感器是能对外界物体发出的信息进行检测和控制功能的器具。它们伴随着日益增长的社会需要和自身学科、专业技术的形成和发展,越来越多地被发现和加以使用,成为人类认识和改造客观世界,进行现代化建设的不可缺少的有力武器。 本文在引言中对它们的重要性和演变过程进行简介之后侧重从科学技术管理方面,以科学技术与经济统一的观点出发。讨论了如下与它们发展有关的几个问题: 一、专业和学科的名称急待规格化,与之相适应的业务范围也心作必要的调整后加以明确; 二、它们在国外的发展中有哪些可供借鉴的引人注目的动向? 三、国家经济调整时期要不要大力发展我国敏感元件和传感器事业? 四、我国发展中应持的基本方针和具体措施建议。 总之,作者是作为响应茅以升同志的倡议试着从“决策科学”的角度来探讨问题。希望起到抛砖引玉的作用。
