2007年3月5日,上海市档案馆向社会公布了第十八批开放档案的目录。至此,上海市档案馆已根据《档案法》对外开放了1265个全宗、80余万卷档案。第十八批开放档案数量共有12419卷,涉及上海市人民政府、市劳动局、市民政局等34个机关和企事业单位,涵盖了政治、经济、文化等各方面,反映了1949年—1976年期间上海解放后从百废待兴到各项事业逐步恢复、发展、变化的历史进程。这批档案时间跨度大、价值独特、种类丰富、内涵深厚。其中有著名科学家竺可桢亲笔记录的中国科学社理事会会议记录、中国科学社生物研究所的设计图、《大众电影》的创办报告等珍贵档案。为了让广大读者更好地了解开放档案的内容,本刊特地刊发一篇一位档案工作者的读档随感,以飨读者。
On March 5, 2007, the Shanghai Archives released the catalog of the eighteenth batch of open archives to the public. So far, the Shanghai Archives has opened 1265 Fonds, more than 80 volumes of archives under the Archives Law. The eighteenth batch of open archives a total of 12,419 volumes, involving the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, Municipal Labor Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau and other 34 agencies and enterprises, covering political, economic and cultural aspects, reflecting the years of 1949-1976 During the period from the liberation of Shanghai to everything from waste to prosperity, all the gradual restoration, development and changes of various undertakings took place during the year. These archives time span, unique value, variety, profound connotation. Among them are the records of the proceedings of the China Society for Science Council, which were autographed by Zhu Kezhen, a famous scientist, the design of the Institute of Biology of China Science Society, and the founding report of “Popular Film”. In order to let readers know more about the content of open files, we published an article about the readiness of an archivist to readers.
