研究了在Cyclone-30回旋加速器上利用核反应69Ga(p,2n)68Ge制备无载体68Ge的工艺条件,并研制成生产68Ge的半自动化装置,提出了一种固体靶制备方法,靶材料为Ga4Ni合金,质子能量Ep=20MeV,辐射过的靶子用硝酸溶解,然后通过液液萃取系统分离68Ge,经热实验验证68Ge回收率>91%。
The conditions for the preparation of carrier-free 68Ge by nucleation 69Ga (p, 2n) 68Ge on a Cyclone-30 cyclotron were studied and a semi-automatic device for producing 68Ge was developed. A solid target preparation method was proposed. The target material was Ga4Ni alloy , The proton energy Ep = 20MeV, the irradiated target was dissolved with nitric acid, and then the 68Ge was separated by liquid-liquid extraction system. The thermal recovery rate of 68Ge was> 91%.
