为研究闭口型压型钢板-混凝土组合板的纵向抗剪承载力,进行了3块闭口型组合板的静力加载试验,分析闭口型组合板的破坏现象、裂缝分布以及端部滑移等情况。试验结果表明:3块组合板均发生纵向剪切破坏,组合板端部配置栓钉对抗剪承载力的提高有显著作用,栓钉可以抑制端部滑移的发展。在试验基础上,采用有限元分析方法进一步研究了闭口型组合板纵向抗剪承载力的影响因素,得出了组合板各参数对其抗剪承载力的影响程度。对比分析了国内外组合板抗剪承载力的计算方法,并给出了适用于该种闭口型组合板的纵向抗剪承载力的计算式。
In order to study the longitudinal shear capacity of closed profiled steel plate-concrete composite slabs, static loading tests of three closed composite plates were carried out to analyze the failure phenomena, crack distribution, and end slippage of closed composite plates. . The test results show that the longitudinal shear failure occurred in all three composite panels, and the configuration of the studs at the ends of the composite panel had a significant effect on the improvement of the shear capacity, and the studs could inhibit the development of the end slip. Based on the test, the finite element analysis method was used to further study the influencing factors of the shear strength of the closed composite panel, and the influence of the parameters of the composite panel on its shear capacity was obtained. The calculation methods of the shear capacity of composite panels at home and abroad are compared and analyzed. The formula for the longitudinal shear capacity of this kind of closed composite panel is given.
