针对数控旋压成形加工过程中的常见旋压缺陷及旋轮的常见失效形式,提出了一种蠕动式进给旋压加工的新工艺方法。在此基础上,对筒形旋压件进行了常规数控旋压成形加工和蠕动进给旋压成形加工对比试验。实验结果表明:新工艺显著提高了旋轮的使用寿命,减小了工艺系统的变形,提高了旋压件的加工质量;新工艺更适合硬度及变形抗力较低的材料的高精度旋压成形加工。
Aiming at the common spinning flaw and the common failure modes of the rotating wheel during the process of NC spinning, a new process method of feed-in spinning by peristaltic feed is proposed. On the basis of this, a comparative experiment was carried out on the cylindrical spinning parts by conventional CNC spinning forming and peristaltic feed spinning. The experimental results show that the new process significantly increases the service life of the rotary wheel, reduces the deformation of the process system and improves the processing quality of the spinning component. The new process is more suitable for the high-precision spinning and forming of materials with lower hardness and deformation resistance Processing.
