清江隔河岩水利枢纽地处狭谷河段,致使大坝两岸坝肩以及4条引水隧洞的进出口处在施工中形成150~220m的人工高边坡。为了保证各主体建筑物在施工期和运行期的安全,并积累经验指导施工,对其进行了安全监测。导流洞和4条引水隧洞在开挖过程中,根据几次准确的塌方预报,避免了伤亡事故发生。高边坡的施工过程中,建设施工单位采用预裂爆破和梯段爆破相结合的方法,保证了施工进度。提出了施工期安全监测的主要指标,并对监测仪器的种类、布置原则以及所取得的主要成果作了介绍。
The Qinghe Geheyan Water Control Project is located in the Goupi reach, resulting in the construction of 150 ~ 220m artificial high slopes at the entrances and exits of the dam abutments and four diversion tunnels. In order to ensure the safety of all the main buildings during the construction and operation periods and to accumulate experience and guide the construction, safety monitoring has been carried out on them. Diversion tunnel and 4 diversion tunnel excavation process, according to several accurate landslide forecast, to avoid the occurrence of casualties. During the construction of high slopes, the construction unit adopts the combination of presplitting blasting and step blasting to ensure the construction progress. The main indicators of safety monitoring during construction are put forward. The types of monitoring instruments, the principle of arrangement and the main achievements are introduced.
