本研究测量了生后21天~6个月S.D雌性大鼠游离心肌细胞的体积、长度、横切面积、表面积、宽度和厚度,并对心肌细胞生长的形态学特点进行了观察。 1.正常心肌细胞的生长,是由于细胞的长度和横切面积的增加,从而使心肌细胞体积增大。随着心肌细胞的肥大性生长,细胞的横切面的形态也发生了变化。 2.心肌细胞横切面积的长轴,随心肌细胞体积的增加而逐渐增大;其短轴则增长较慢。从而导致心肌细胞体积增大,心肌细胞不断变宽,这种横向性生长方式是正常心肌细胞生长的一个特点。本文的结果提示,寻找并消除刺激心肌细胞横向增长的因素,对预防和治疗因心肌细胞肥大而产生的心脏疾病,可能具有重要意义。
In this study, the volume, length, cross-sectional area, surface area, width and thickness of free cardiomyocytes of S.D female rats were measured 21 days to 6 months after birth, and morphological characteristics of myocardial cells were observed. 1. The growth of normal cardiomyocytes is due to the increase of cell length and cross-sectional area, so that the volume of cardiomyocytes increases. As cardiomyocyte hypertrophy grows, the morphology of the cross-section of cells changes. Cardiac muscle cross-sectional area of the long axis, with the increase of the volume of myocardial cells and gradually increased; its short axis is slower growth. Resulting in increased volume of myocardial cells, myocardial cells continue to widen, this horizontal growth pattern is a feature of normal cardiomyocyte growth. The results suggest that the search and eliminate the factors that stimulate the lateral growth of myocardial cells may be of great significance for the prevention and treatment of heart diseases caused by hypertrophy of cardiomyocytes.
