货币政策作为政府常用的调控手段,近几年来得到越来越广泛的应用。货币政策对房地产市场的影响机制,主要表现在供需两方面。货币政策的实施对市场利率水平、信用规模、汇率水平等要素产生影响,这种效应通过供需两方面传导到房地产市场,最终对房价产生影响,实现对房地产市场的调控目的。
Monetary policy, as a commonly used regulatory tool by the government, has been applied more and more widely in recent years. The impact of monetary policy on the real estate market is mainly manifested in two aspects of supply and demand. The implementation of monetary policy has an impact on the factors such as the market interest rate, credit scale and exchange rate. This effect is transmitted to the real estate market through supply and demand, which will eventually affect the housing prices and achieve the purpose of regulation and control over the real estate market.
