自从20世纪90年代以来,新式教育合作学习被广泛推广。新式教育不仅能培养学生的学习能力,更能培养学生团结合作、健康开朗的性格。随着家庭结构的变化,独生子女已成为广泛,他们缺少群体意识,以自我为中心,不愿与人合作,这种心理对学习也产生影响。而合作学习,则是把学生分为小组共同学习,学生在小组内共同分享,在讨论、探索中学会交往、学会参与、学会倾听,合作学习。这样不仅为课堂带来了活力,增强了学生的学习乐趣,提高了教学质量,同时还完善了学生的性格,使学生身心健康,快乐成长。
