目的:检测CD82、hTERT(人端粒酶逆转录酶)蛋白在阴茎癌组织中的表达情况以及阴茎癌组织中的HPV感染情况,以探讨其与阴茎癌病理分期和分级之间的相互关系以及在腹股沟淋巴结转移中的预测作用。方法:44例阴茎癌患者均接受阴茎部分/全切除和区域淋巴结切除或清扫术。应用免疫组化技术检测阴茎癌中CD82、hTERT蛋白的表达。同时应用PCR技术检测HPV感染情况。结果:CD82、hTERT和HPV DNA在阴茎癌中的阳性率分别为47.7%、38.6%和25.9%。扩增出的HPV DNA均为HPV16型。病理分级和hTERT蛋白的表达与阴茎癌腹股沟淋巴结转移呈正相关(P=0.032,P=0.041);CD82表达与病理分期亦呈正相关(P=0.045);病理分期、CD82表达和HPV-16 DNA阳性率与阴茎癌腹股沟淋巴结转移无相关性(P=0.627,P=0.094和P=0.633)。结论:病理分级和hTERT蛋白表达可能是预测阴茎癌区域淋巴结转移的独立预后因素,可为阴茎癌临床进展的风险及预后的判断提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of CD82 and hTERT (human telomerase reverse transcriptase) in penile cancer tissues and HPV infection in penile cancer tissues so as to explore the relationship between the expression of CD82 and hTERT and the pathological staging and grading of penile cancer, Predictors of inguinal lymph node metastasis. Methods: All 44 patients with penile cancer underwent penile partial / total resection and regional lymph node dissection or dissection. Immunohistochemical detection of penile cancer CD82, hTERT protein expression. At the same time, PCR detection of HPV infection. Results: The positive rates of CD82, hTERT and HPV DNA in penile cancer were 47.7%, 38.6% and 25.9%, respectively. The amplified HPV DNA is HPV16 type. Conclusion: The pathological grade and expression of hTERT protein may be independent predictors of lymph node metastasis in penile cancer area, which may provide a reference for judging the clinical risk and prognosis of penile cancer.
