以TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)和DJ-12(聚醚多元醇)为单体,配以溶剂(丙酮)、催化剂(间甲苯二胺)和缓凝剂(柠檬酸)等助剂,制备出单组分水溶性聚氨酯(SPM型浆液)堵漏灌浆材料。研究结果表明:制备该灌浆材料的最佳工艺条件是反应温度为80~90℃、反应时间为2.50~3.00 h;当w(溶剂)=25%~35%、w(—NCO)=7.00%~8.00%(均相当于灌浆材料质量而言)时,所得灌浆材料的综合性能相对较好,其发泡率为400%~470%、压缩强度为9.0~10.0 MPa且包水量(为14倍)相对最大。
Using TDI (toluene diisocyanate) and DJ-12 (polyether polyols) as monomer, together with additives (acetone), catalyst (m-toluylenediamine) and retarder (citric acid) Water-soluble polyurethane (SPM slurry) plugging grouting material.
