曾有研究表明在经环磷酰胺(CPA)处理的小啮齿动物的骨髓细胞中,乙氧喹(ethoxyquin,EQ)具有抗诱变作用。本研究的目的是检测在骨髓细胞里观察到的抗断裂效应是否在雄性生殖细胞里也存在。为此目的,进行了精原细胞的细胞遗传学研究和显性致死的检测。烷化剂CPA水溶液经胃管给药,接着口服用玉米油稀释的EQ。NMRI鼠龄9~12周,每次实验用诱变剂和抗氧化剂进行一次性处理。精原细胞测试:按Hoo及Bowles(1971)w
Studies have shown that ethoxyquin (EQ) has anti-mutagenic activity in small rodent bone marrow cells treated with cyclophosphamide (CPA). The purpose of this study was to determine if the anti-cleavage effect observed in bone marrow cells is also present in male germ cells. For this purpose, spermatogonial cytogenetic studies and dominant lethal tests were performed. The alkylating agent CPA solution was administered via gastric tube followed by oral administration of EQ diluted with corn oil.
