幼稚教育,经过两年的恢复与整顿,并开始注意向工农子女开门,单就数量来说,大致已经达到了战前的水平,但由于人力物力和时间等条件的限制,还存在有很多问题需要解决,如在学制方面,大多幼稚还因袭着过去的半日制;在教学方面,一般还局限于单元教学,不能很好的运用新的观点和方法。至于领导关系以及幼稚园和托见所的划分,也不够明确适当,兹就上列问题提出几点意见,以供研究:
