做为教师培训质量“保驾护航”者的培训评价,其重要性不言而喻。培训评价的应然状态是对教师培训进行质量评定和监控,当前教师培训工作普遍缺乏切实可行的评价体系,“以评促教”的效果不理想。构建实效性评价体系,能促使培训评价从实然状态转为应然状态,充分发挥评价的导向、激励、鉴定和改进功能,提升教师培训的质量和效率,进一步提高和促进教师专业化发展。
