建立现代企业制度,是我国国有企业改革的方向,标志着我国企业改革从放权让利的政策调整,转向企业制度的创新。现代企业制度是市场经济和社会化大生产发展的产物,它的领导体制必须同现代化大生产相适应。建立现代企业制度,必须明确党组织的职责任务,理顺党组织与企业各方面之间的关系,。遵循充分发挥企业党组织政治核心作用的原则。在建立现代企业制度的过程中,企业党组织政治核心作用只能加强不能削弱。
The establishment of a modern enterprise system is the direction of the reform of the state-owned enterprises in our country. It marks that the reform of our country’s enterprises has shifted from the policy adjustment of granting power to non-profit to the innovation of the enterprise system. The modern enterprise system is a product of the development of market economy and socialized mass production. Its leadership system must be compatible with modern large-scale production. To establish a modern enterprise system, we must clarify the duties and responsibilities of the party organizations and straighten out the relations between the party organizations and all aspects of the enterprises. Follow the principle of giving full play to the political core role of the party organizations in enterprises. In the process of establishing a modern enterprise system, the political centrality of the party organizations in the enterprise can only be strengthened and can not be weakened.
