充分利用爱国主义教育基地,进一步培育广大党员干部群众,特别是青少年的爱国主义精神,是推进社会主义核心价值体系建设的重要举措。2012年4月13日,自治区党委常委、宣传部长蔡国英在全区爱国主义教育基地工作会议上的讲话,深刻地阐明了做好爱国主义教育基地工作的重要性和现实意义。本刊刊发蔡国英同志讲话的主要内容,目的在于让全社会广泛地认识、了解并充分利用爱国主义教育基地,加强爱国主义精神的培养,为建设和谐、富裕的新宁夏营造良好的氛围。
Making full use of the education base for patriotism and further nurturing the spirit of patriotism among the broad masses of party members and cadres and people, especially young people, is an important measure for promoting the construction of the socialist core value system. On April 13, 2012, the speech made by Cai Guoying, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and propaganda minister of the autonomous region, at the working conference of the patriotic education base in the region profoundly expounded the importance and practical significance of doing a good job in patriotism education. The main content of Comrade Cai Guoying’s speech is to enable the whole society to widely understand, understand and make full use of the patriotic education base, strengthen the cultivation of patriotism, and create a favorable atmosphere for building a harmonious and affluent New Ningxia.
