党的十八以来,党中央、国务院对职业教育发展作出了一系列重要决定,强调职业教育是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分。高职教育面临着的机遇和发展环境,要加快构建现代职业教育体系,要激发办学活力,创新体制机制,提高人才培养质量,加大投入,强化督导评估,减少对学校教育教学具体事务的干预。厘清发展思路,做好顶层设计,优化师资队伍结构,提升社会服务能力,以“中-专-本”贯通为重点,打通学生成长通道。
