2005~2008年鄱阳湖都昌县靠近村旁草洲的钉螺活螺密度和有螺框出现率下降明显,但感染螺密度变化不大,而钉螺感染率不降反升。在疫情控制阶段人、畜血吸虫感染率得到了明显控制,但钉螺感染率未能同步下降,表明血吸虫病疫情控制存在潜在危险。
From 2005 to 2008, the density of snail snails and the occurrence of snail frames in Duchang County, Poyang Lake close to the grassland of the village decreased significantly, but the density of infection snail did not change much, while the infection rate of snails rose without descending. In the stage of epidemic control, the infection rate of schistosomiasis was obviously controlled, but the infection rate of snails did not decrease synchronously, indicating the potential danger of schistosomiasis control.
