本文将水稻 r_2所出现的早熟和晚熟突变株,分别作为不同的变异类型,对其主要性状的遗传进行了研究。结果表明,不同突变类型所表现的遗传参数,有很大差异。早熟类的千粒重、抽穗期、株高和晚熟类的穗长、结实率、穗实粒效与抽穗期等主要性状r_2—r_3的世代遗传力、及其在 r_3表现的广义遗传力都比较高;而早晚熟类的单株穗数与穗着粒数的遗传力比较低。本文讨论了不同突变类型性状的选择方法。
In this paper, the early and late-maturing mutants appeared in rice r_2 were used as different types of variation, and the inheritance of their main traits was studied. The results show that different types of mutations in the performance of the genetic parameters are quite different. The heritability of r_2-r_3, such as 1000-grain weight, heading date, plant height and late-maturity, spike length, seed setting rate, grain filling efficiency and heading date of rices of early maturity and its general heritability in r_3 While the heritability of panicles per panicle and ear panicles was lower in early and late maturing plants. This article discusses the selection of traits for different types of mutations.
