近年来,在国家职业教育有利政策相继出台的大背景下,山东化工技师学院党委科学谋划学院发展定位,明确学院办学方向、目标、理念、发展路径,形成适合学院发展的理念体系。学院以建设“全国一流、特色突出、实力雄厚”的技师学院为发展目标,坚持“质量立校、内涵发展、突出特色、多元办学”的办学理念,坚持“面向化工、服务化工、服务社会”的办学方向,探索出以“三大建设”为核心的科学发展路径。
