目的 系统评价中国大学生的艺术治疗对心理健康素质和健康水平影响的总体情况及其特征差异.方法 计算机检索中国学术期刊网络出版总库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VP)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、循证社会科学数据库(ESS)和外文PsycINFO、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane、Campbell、Wiley数据库中截至2021年2月发表的文献,纳入有关大学生艺术治疗对心理素质影响的横断面研究.2名研究者独立进行文献筛选、质量评价和资料提取,而后交叉核对,若有分歧,讨论解决.采用RevMan 5.3软件进行meta分析,分析不同性别、年级、专业和是否为独生子女、艺术治疗积极对大学生心和素质影响特征的得分差异.结果 总共纳入13篇文献共计503名大学生.与对照组相比,艺术治疗能明显减轻大学生主观幸福感、自我决定性、正性情绪体验、意义存在感和积极自尊,并能明显改善焦虑敌对情绪和消沉拖延行为,对睡眠、食欲和电子产品依赖行为结局指标作用不明显.结论 国内大学生群体的艺术治疗存在特征形式功能差异性,艺术治疗对缓解大学生情感冲突,提高环境适应、人际关系的洞察力、净化情绪功能、获得正确认知、形成良好团队意识、增加心理弹性有明显效果.“,”Objective To systematically evaluate the influence of art therapy on mental health quality and health level of Chinese college students and its characteristic differences. Methods A computational search of the following databases was performed: China Academic Journal Network Publishing Database、Vip Science and Technology、Wanfang Database、Evidence-based Social Science Database and PsycINFO database, PubMed, Web of Science database, Embase database, Cochrane database, Campbell database, Wiley database through February 2021. A cross-sectional study on the influence of art therapy on psychological quality of college students was included. 2 researchers independently conducted literature screening, quality evaluation and data extraction, and then cross-checked. If there were any differences, they discussed and solved them. We evaluated the quality of the studies included by the Cochrane Handbook 5.2 standardsand analyzed the data using the Cochrane Collaboration\'\'s RevMan 5.2 software. Major outcome measures were the gender, grade, major, one-child-brith and positive influence of art therapy on mental health quality of college students. Results A total of 13 articles and 530 college students were included. Compared with the control group, art therapy can significantly reduce the subjective well-being, self-determinacy, positive emotional experience, sense of meaningful existence and positive self-esteem of college students, and can significantly improve anxiety, hostility and depression, procrastination behavior, but has no significant effect on the outcome indicators of sleep, appetite and electronic product dependence behavior. Conclusion The art therapy of college students in China has the difference of characteristic forms and functions. The art therapy has obvious effects on alleviating the emotional conflict of college students, improving the environmental adaptation, interpersonal relationship insight, purifying emotional function, obtaining correct cognition, forming good team consciousness and increasing psychological resilience.
