本文根据我国铁路技术装备的发展历史,论述了“固定设备适应移动设备”传统设计思想向“标准适应地形、固定设备与移动设备协调配套”决策新思想转化的必然性与经济性。以系统工程理论与优化技术为手段,实现了设计标准的最佳决策,为设计标准智能决策系统的研究奠定了基础。研究结论也可供国家标准《铁路线路设计规范》修订参考。
According to the history of the development of railway technology and equipment in our country, this paper discusses the inevitability and economy of the traditional idea of “fixed equipment to adapt to mobile equipment” to the new idea of “standard to adapt to terrain, fixed equipment and mobile equipment coordination”. System engineering theory and optimization techniques as a means to achieve the best decision-making design standards for the design of standard intelligent decision-making system laid the foundation. The conclusions of the study are also available for reference to the revision of the national standard “Design of Railway Routes”.
