MMD破碎机的齿板是易损件,需要定期的更换,保证破碎质量。为了实现齿板的快速制造,采用铸造模拟软件(MAGMA)对采取不同浇注系统的浇铸过程进行计算分析。结果表明:采用多浇口设计能够更好的促进型腔内部气体的排出、有效提升铸件整体的温度梯度和填充速度,有效促进铸件质量的提升。最后采用仿真结果较好的浇注系统开展浇铸实验。通过模拟与实际浇铸实验制作出齿板,对铸造齿板做出了有益探索,为齿板的生产拓宽了制造途径,有力促进了MMD破碎机齿板制造工艺提升。
MMD crusher tooth plate is wearing parts, need regular replacement, to ensure the quality of broken. In order to achieve the rapid manufacture of tooth plates, casting simulation software (MAGMA) was used to calculate and analyze the casting process with different casting systems. The results show that the multi-gate design can better promote the gas discharge inside the cavity, effectively improve the temperature gradient and filling speed of the whole castings, and effectively promote the quality of castings. At last, pouring system with good simulation results is used to carry out casting experiment. Through the simulation and actual casting experiments to make the tooth plate, made a useful exploration on the tooth plate, broadened the manufacturing method for the production of the tooth plate and promoted the manufacturing process of the tooth plate of the MMD crusher greatly.
