本文对20例视网膜母细胞瘤(RB)患者作了酯酶D(EsD)检测。发现3例无家族史的单眼RB患者红细胞EsD活性正常,而瘤细胞EsD表型为零;3例RB患者包括1例双眼患者红细胞EsD为杂合态,瘤细胞却为纯合态。由此,作了RB发病机理及实用意义的探讨。
In this paper, 20 patients with retinoblastoma (RB) were esterase D (EsD) test. Found that 3 cases of monocular RB patients without a family history of normal EsE activity of erythrocytes, and tumor cells EsD phenotype is zero; 3 cases of RB patients, including 1 case of patients with red blood cells EsD heterozygous, tumor cells were homozygous. Thus, made RB pathogenesis and practical significance.
