Austrien Clarke’s “Hoes” and “More” in Parody and Intertextuality are the subversive versions of the original texts, and they are the narrative strategies of writers who resist the discourse of hegemony. The “shining hoes” parody and ironic the European classics, theological portraits, education and food culture, infiltrating intertextual texts about colonial history and slavery; “more” reveals European and American fashion, the nature of educational institutions As well as the intertextual connotation of cultural hegemony and racism under the new form. This post-colonial resistance narrative strategy is aimed at subverting the Westernized cultural hegemony, revealing the ideological nature of Western historical narratives and reconstructing the colonized colonial history.
