合成了一种新型钌多吡啶配合物[Ru(ip)2(idpq)]2+,并进行了表征.采用光谱法和粘度法研究了该配合物与DNA的相互作用.实验结果表明,该配合物能以插入方式与DNA结合,计算得到其与DNA作用的结合常数为1.72±0.7×106(mol/L)-1.
A novel Ru (ip) 2 (idpq)] 2+ complex was synthesized and characterized. The interaction between this complex and DNA was investigated by spectroscopy and viscometry.
