项怀诚 减持对证券市场利好 6月15日 证券时报 6月14日,国务院正式公布了《减持国有股筹集社会保障资金管理暂行办法》。财政部长项怀诚称,这对证券市场来说是一个利好因素。中国证监会主席周小川也指出,国有股减持主要涉及到一级市场发行和股权协议转让,对证券二级市场的影响十分有限。

Minister of Finance Xiang Huaicheng said this is a positive factor for the securities market. Zhou Xiaochuan, chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, also pointed out that the reduction of state-owned shares mainly involves the issuance of the primary market and the transfer of the equity agreement, which has a very limited impact on the securities secondary market.
