化学反应法制备负载型MgCl_2-n-BuOH-SiCl_4-TiCl_4/AlEt_2乙烯聚合催化剂,控型MgCl_2载体的生成条件,可制备载Ti量10%以上的催化剂.着重研研究了载体的表面形态和化学组成对载Ti量和催化性能的影响.结果表明,高载Ti量催化剂在加压聚合条件下,具有高活性、高生产能力和降低产品灰分的优点.
The preparation of supported MgCl_2-n-BuOH-SiCl_4-TiCl_4 / AlEt_2 ethylene polymerization catalyst by chemical reaction and the formation of controlled MgCl_2 support can prepare the catalyst with more than 10% Ti loading.The surface morphology and chemistry of the support The results show that the catalyst with high content of Ti has the advantages of high activity, high productivity and low product ash under the condition of pressure polymerization.
