The 29SiNMR experimental technique was simply introduced. The average degree of polymerization, average molecular weight and average hydroxyl content of the hydroxysiloxane were measured by 2 9SiNMR. The structure and composition of the propoxysilicone emulsion were analyzed by 13CNMR.
