电力系统高压送电线路施工所用导线牵引机,多为进口的全液压驱动设备。进口设备不仅价格昂贵,维护修理也十分不便,由于配件定购周期很长,设备出现故障,很难得到及时修理。针对此种情况,我公司在进口机器的理论基础上,以国产液压件为主,自行研制了一台15t牵引机,现将其液压系统设计方案介绍如下。 一、进口设备液压驱动方式 进口液压牵引机,主要以意大利产几种机型为主,其主驱动方式如图1所示。系统采用德国曼内斯曼力士乐A4VG双向变量
