一、概述 V形架是机床夹具中应用最为广泛的典型定位元件之一,它主要用于对具有圆柱面(如轴、销和套等)或圆弧面(如连杆等)类零件的定位。但是,V形架的加工工艺性及装配工艺性都不太好。不仅制造周期长,精度难保证,对安装调整的技术要求也较高,而且使用V形架作定位元件的夹具在结构上很难趋于紧凑。因此,研究用简便易行的定位元件来取代V形架,便成为机械制造行业需要解决的一个课题。
