目的探讨完全脱位恒牙的保存方式对再植成功率的影响。方法 4 0例(4 8个牙)完全性脱位恒牙行再植手术的患者,时间均在0.5 h之内,根据保存方式不同分为两组,按照常规进行再植,术后保护方式相同,随访1~3年。结果放回原位保存的3 0例,成功2 7例,成功率为9 0%,其余的干燥保存,成活6例,成功率为6 0%。结论恒牙外伤完全脱位再植时保存方式越合理的成功率越高。
Objective To investigate the effect of preservation mode of permanent dislocation on success rate of replantation. Methods 40 patients (48 teeth) with complete dislocation of permanent tooth replantation patients within 0.5 h, according to the different preservation methods were divided into two groups, according to the conventional replantation, the same way of postoperative protection , Followed up for 1 to 3 years. The results were stored in situ 30 cases, the success of 27 cases, the success rate of 90%, the remaining dry preservation, survival in 6 cases, the success rate was 60%. Conclusion The more successful the preservation method is, the higher the success rate is.
