LVMH南亚、东南亚和中东地区总裁Ravi Thakran透露集团未来3至4年在印度将进入急速扩张期,计划把旗下品牌的门店总数从现在30间增至100间,并通过旗下基金LCapital每年投资2至3个中端品牌。LVMH在1988年作为首个奢侈品零售集团进入印度市场。25年来,集团旗下的LouisVuitton、Fendi、Bulgari、TAG Heuer、Dior、DKNY、Sephora先后在印度开设了总计30家门店。集团的100店计划包括把Louis Vuitton门店数增至10间,以及未来2年开设8间新的独立钟表店。据研究机构A.T.Kearney发布的India Luxury Review2011数据显示
Ravi Thakran, LVMH’s President for South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, said the group is going to enter a period of rapid expansion in India in the next three to four years. It plans to increase the total number of its stores from the current 30 to 100 and its investment from LCapital 2 to 3 mid-range brands. LVMH entered the Indian market in 1988 as the first luxury retail group. For 25 years, the group’s LouisVuitton, Fendi, Bulgari, TAG Heuer, Dior, DKNY, Sephora has opened a total of 30 stores in India. The group’s 100-store plan includes increasing the number of Louis Vuitton stores to 10 and opening eight new independent watch stores over the next two years.
