本文主要探讨了小学生创造力发展的特点,揭示小学生创造力发展的现状特点,分析了小学生创造力发展缓慢的原因,提出反思性建议。笔者认为,造成小学生创造力发展的原因主要有:一家庭教育方式不当,父母教育观念的落后和错误;二是教者的定向思维扼杀了学生的创造力;三是学生自身的不良心理倾向。本文的启示是:教育内容的生活化和兴趣性是培养小学生创造力的前提;操作材料的选择和投放是培养小学生创造力的保证;教育过程中教师的引导是培养小学生创造力的关键;教育组织方式的多样性和灵活性是培养小学生创造力的手段。
This paper mainly discusses the characteristics of primary school students’ creativity, reveals the characteristics of primary school students’ creativity, analyzes the reasons for the slow development of primary school students’ creativity and puts forward the reflective suggestions. The author believes that the primary reason for the development of primary school students ’creativity lies in: improper family education, backwardness and mistakes of parents’ education concept; second, the directional thinking of the teacher stifles the creativity of students; thirdly, the student’s own negative psychological tendency. The enlightenment of this article is that the life and interest of educational content are the preconditions for cultivating pupils’ creativity. The selection and delivery of operational materials is the guarantee of cultivating pupils’ creativity. The guidance of teachers in education is the key to cultivating pupils’ creativity. Education The diversity and flexibility of organizational methods is a means of cultivating pupils’ creativity.
