《煤矿安全规程》第131条中规定:“局部扇风机和掘进工作面的电气设备,必须装有延时风电闭锁装置。当局部扇风机停止运转时,能立即自动切断局部扇风机供风的巷道中一切电源。……高沼气矿井和煤(岩)与沼气突出的矿井,煤层的掘进工作面应安设沼气自动检测报警断电装置”。根据上述规定,国内不少矿井,在掘进工作面的扇风机和电气设备中都装设了风电闭锁装置,一些矿井还装设了瓦斯自动检测报警断电仪。归纳起来大致有如下三种方案。
